a special bending beam design

Free space due to F-Geometry

The aim of the latest Schechtl innovation is to further break down existing limitations of the bending beam. After extensive practical tests Schechtl presents the result: A special bending beam design, called „F-Geometry“ which provides a bending free space of 14 mm behind the pivot point.

The F-Geometry allows the production of almost all profiles of the modern metalworking trade. Hat or omega profiles can be easily procuded as well as interlocking panels, facade cassettes or valley trims. Many users are convinced of the new F-Geometry, because it allows to realise profiles that are difficult or impossible to produce on other machines. Schechtl has equipped two motorized bending machines with the F-Geometry:

  • MAX-F, with a bending capacity of 1,50 mm steel on 3.100 mm working length
  • MAF, with a bending capacity of 2,00 mm steel on 3.100 mm working length
  • MAX-F 310-CNC
